Terms of Service

Read our terms of service to understand your rights and responsibilities when using our products and services.

Last Updated: May 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the Vibera storefront, website, and use of Vibera software and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Vibera Solutions ("Vibera," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our storefront or using our software, you agree to these Terms.

Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference. By purchasing or using the Services, you also agree to our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, each as published at the time of your purchase or use.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing the Vibera storefront or utilizing our software, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Vibera Solutions. We reserve the right to update these Terms at our discretion. Your continued use of the software after updates signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Nature of Service

Vibera distributes private utility software, including both color-based and AI-assisted detection variants, intended for offline practice, private testing setups, and personal software research. Each release is shipped on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or undetected by any anti-cheat product, game publisher, or platform. The same Terms apply to every Vibera product line, regardless of the underlying detection method.

3. Permitted Scope

Vibera is licensed strictly for personal, non-competitive use in environments that do not involve unconsenting third parties. Permitted scenarios are limited to:

- Offline, single-player sessions.

- Private lobbies, custom matches, training ranges, and LAN sessions against bots or other consenting users.

- Educational, research, accessibility, software analysis, and personal development work that does not place the software in front of live opposing players.

By installing, launching, or otherwise running Vibera, you affirm, for each individual session, that the environment in which it operates falls entirely within the scope above. You alone are responsible for that determination.

4. Prohibited Use

The following activities fall outside the licensed scope and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

- Use in ranked play, public matchmaking, queued, or otherwise unsorted online multiplayer modes.

- Use in tournaments, leagues, esports events, scrims, wagered matches, or any context where a prize, ladder, or payout is at stake.

- Use against any human opponent who has not knowingly consented to the presence of the software in their session.

- Use intended to defeat, evade, or interfere with anti-cheat, anti-tamper, or platform integrity services beyond the in-product protections required for Vibera to launch and run.

- Use that violates the law of your jurisdiction, the rules of the host platform, or the terms of service of the underlying game.

Breach of this section authorizes immediate license termination without notice or refund, and may be referred to the relevant platform, payment processor, or legal authority at our discretion.

5. Account and License Hygiene

As a Vibera licensee you also agree to:

- Use the software at your own discretion and risk.

- Keep your license key private. Sharing, reselling, leasing, streaming on screen, or "leaking" access will result in immediate license termination without notice.

- Refrain from any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise analyze Vibera's source code, network protocols, or protection layers.

- Acknowledge that the software is intended for personal use only.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Vibera Solutions, its developers, and affiliates are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Loss of game accounts, digital items, in-game currency, rankings, or progression.

- Hardware damage, software instability, or driver-level issues.

- Operating system corruption, data loss, or security exposure on the user's device.

- Bans, suspensions, or other penalties imposed by a game, anti-cheat vendor, or platform, particularly any arising from use outside the Permitted Scope in section 3.

You use our utility at your own peril.

7. Digital License & Subscription

Your purchase grants you a temporary, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Vibera utility.

This is a service, not a sale of the software itself. All intellectual property remains the property of Vibera Solutions.

Subscriptions remain active for the duration purchased (1 day, 30 days, etc.). We reserve the right to revoke access if any fraudulent activity is detected.

8. Privacy & Data

How we collect, process, and use data, including hardware identifiers and network information, is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

9. Termination of Service

Vibera Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached any part of these Terms, including, but not limited to, the Prohibited Use clause in section 4. In the event of termination, no compensation or refunds will be provided, subject to our Refund Policy where applicable.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing any Vibera utility, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

You separately confirm that the environment in which you intend to run Vibera satisfies the Permitted Scope clause in section 3, and that you accept full responsibility for any session that falls outside it.
