STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL. BY PURCHASING FROM VIBERA SOLUTIONS, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Refunds will not be issued for technical incompatibility, system requirements failure, user error, or dissatisfaction with the software.
- Game Bans & Detections: We provide no guarantee of safety. Using third-party software carries inherent risks. If your account is banned, suspended, or restricted by any anti-cheat system, you are NOT entitled to a refund.
- Out-of-Scope Use: Running Vibera outside the Permitted Scope defined in section 3 of our Terms of Service (e.g. ranked play, public matchmaking, tournaments, scrims, or any online multiplayer mode against unconsenting players) forfeits all refund rights.
- Immediate Ban: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through Stripe, PayPal, or any crypto processor will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from all current and future Vibera services.
- System Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your PC meets the specifications required for our utility before buying.
